We reserve the right to terminate accounts we believe belong to minors. We comply with the PROTECT Act and all applicable laws regarding minor protection.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
4. Content & Prohibited Uses
Users may not upload, post, or distribute:
- Any content depicting minors in sexual situations (strictly prohibited and reported to NCMEC)
- Non-consensual content or content glorifying sexual violence without appropriate fictional framing
- Content involving real persons without their explicit consent
- Defamatory, harassing, or threatening content
- Content that violates any applicable law or third-party intellectual property rights
- Spam, malware, or any disruptive code
All content must comply with our Content Guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property
Authors retain copyright ownership of their original stories published on the Platform. By publishing content, authors grant Lustana a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute their content on the Platform. The Lustana name, logo, and platform design are protected trademarks.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. See our Billing Terms for full details.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs your use of the Platform and describes how we collect, use, and share information about you.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. Lustana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the service is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
